All of my wares are food safe unless labeled otherwise. Most of my pieces are fired to a Cone 06 bisque and a Cone 6 glaze fire - vitrified for food safety and decorated with non toxic glazes, slips, stains, and underglazes.
Everything is dishwasher & microwave safe unless labeled otherwise. I think all handmade ceramics prefer to be hand washed, but all of my wares are dishwasher and microwave safe.
Shipping & Returns:
~An order can take up to two weeks from the order date to ship. It will likely be sooner because I would like to get your package out as soon as possible! Thank you for your patience as I am a one woman opperation.
~The cost of shipping is determined by the weight of the package and the cost of packing materials. I am able to ship internationally upon request. Please email me (knorrceramics@gmail.com) if you are outside the U.S. but would like something shipped.
~Free delivery in Olympia, Lacey, and Tumwater!
~All sales are final. If a piece arrives damaged or if there is an error with your order please email me (knorrceramics@gmail.com) within 48 hours of arrival with images of the box and contents.
